What is a healthy lifestyle?

Healthy living means:
- Make healthier choices in your lifestyle,
- Enjoy more aspects of our lives,
- Live longer and more productive.
I enjoy plantain chip, and it's my drug of choice. If I buy one bag, I'll eat until it finishes. It is not a healthy snack, and I found a treatment. I don't bring it to my house or car. I enjoy it once in a while in a restaurant or when I'm on vacation.
Do you have anything you like to eat non-stop and not healthy food? Eating this kind of food every night is terrible for our medical and mental health.
