You’re right!

…teach, then it requires a much higher learning curve when America is full of many diverse cultures. If you took your average teacher in South Korea or Finland and planted them in a very high-need, high poverty school in America, they would not do better than the teacher already serving the student population.
Stop Comparing The U.S. Education System to Countries With Less Diverse And Smaller Populations

Even in the US, if you take teachers from high performing schools to low performing schools, they wouldn’t change anything. 

Too often, highly educated parents and paid tutors teach their students more than school teachers!
