…instance, taking poison is easier than cheating, just thinking about the word gives me goosebumps. 
The best place to start is to leave the relationship the moment the thought of cheating comes to your mind, after cheating is already too late. It sounds harsh, but that's how it is.

Leave the relationship before you think of cheating. Cheating is bad for an individual, family, and society at large. We still have HIV!
