Women & Money: The Harsh Reality Of The Gender Pay Gap

My former company owner and boss didn’t talk to me for a week because I called in sick on Monday to stay home with my school-age ill child. Please don’t blame her because Monday was her money-making day, and all my scheduled appointment was canceled, and no money for me. Sad!
Money doesn’t make people happy, but lack of it will surely make some people depressed.

I know a few women who make more money; however, their men colleagues earn more. Once, a hiring executive said 99% of his women candidates always played lowball even after he suggested what the company could afford. Yet, in his experience, these women were more experienced and qualified than male candidates. "It's embarrassing; they are fearful of money," he said.
