“I can’t teach anyone anything. I can only make them think.” — Socrates.

The medical community has some evidence of health benefits but no conclusive evidence that circumcision benefits boys.

Therefore, the American Academy of Pediatrics has not recommended routine circumcision procedures for boys.

What about girls' circumcision? It is a taboo topic as well as other women's issues.

Girls' circumcision is a layperson's term for opening up the vagina. Why? For women to avoid suffering during first intercourse with a penis.

Too often, we consider the cultural benefit whenever we think of medical reasons for something. Also, culture is man-made, and it changes as often as clothing changes hangers on the floor of the Forever 21 store.
