Where Does Toxic Masculinity Come From
First, children tend to learn it from their parents, friends, relatives, and community — things to know and how to help your boys and men.

What is toxic masculinity?
A study in the Journal of School of Psychology uses the following definition to explain toxic masculinity, “The constellation of socially regresse [masculine] traits that serve to foster domination, the devaluation of women, homophobia, and wanton violence” cited (Kupers, 2005, p. 71).
