Very painful! Seemed we live in Ukraine!

My husband was stopped every morning he went to work in a new city for one month. Even the college police stopped him in their parking lot. Traffic police gave him ticket every time they passed him.

It was terrible and I called the police chief and they stopped. Yep, we left the city for good!
