Self-doubt: 3 Good News for You
Self-doubt is a two-edged sword. It can be positive or negative.
It’s prettily complicated.
Sometimes, self-doubt drives people to endless success, and it can destroy brilliant minds.
How often do you doubt your ability or questioned all your decisions making? From a choice of breakfast in the morning to a career change.
Some people can be hard on themselves. And allow self-doubt to hammer them especially if they live or learn differently. Maybe you are different from your friends, family/church members, colleagues, or societal standards. Now, you are reflecting — my voice, ideas, hair, skin, career, accent, politics, food, disability, sexuality, or clothing.
3 Good News for You:
- Never in a box : You have the freedom to be You. You care less about people’s opinions or foolishness. You easily notice it is a great way. “Big” people tend to remember you and likely curious about you as a person.
- You are resourceful: You tend to find solutions to a problem and ready to help people and your community. You have fewer distractions from fake friends and gossipers. And you sleep well at night!
- No Enemy and fake friends: Rarely, you have enemies or fake friends. Your uniqueness self-select your friends and make many people not love you. But they are likely to respect and admire you for your realness.
