Pasta with vegetables and fruits dinner can work for many people. It is a good meal for vegans and vegetarians. The food is healthy, and anyone can prepare it. Children under ten need supervision from a parent or nanny.

Required Ingredients
- 3 cups of cooked pasta,
- 1 cup of cut broccoli,
- 2 cups of chopped mushrooms ( substitute with beef, fish, or chicken),
- One can of diced tomatoes or a cup of chopped fresh tomatoes,
- Two tablespoons of olive oil.
Optional ingredients
- A cup of chopped green, red, or green pepper,
- A cup of chopped onions,
