Pasta with vegetables and fruits dinner can work for many people. It is a good meal for vegans and vegetarians. The food is healthy, and anyone can prepare it. Children under ten need supervision from a parent or nanny.

Makes 4 servings. Prep time:10–15 minutes. Cook Time: 15–20minutes.Total Time:25–35 minutes.

Required Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cooked pasta,
  • 1 cup of cut broccoli,
  • 2 cups of chopped mushrooms ( substitute with beef, fish, or chicken),
  • One can of diced tomatoes or a cup of chopped fresh tomatoes,
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
