I enjoyed reading your story. Marriage is not easy and needs a lot of work. The good news is we have choices our parents did not have. Bad marriage is worst than war zone.

I removed my ring around March. As you mentioned, my husband did not notice it. It’s fine with me. It not a big deal because he is just like some men — -they rarely notice things. He wears and enjoys his ring. After 3 decades, I think ring does not make or hold a marriage. Gratitude helps!
