My name is April, and here’s my story.
I lost my mind. I was poor and blind in spirt, soul, and body until pandemic hit my pocketbook, my church, and killed my friends. The good news, the virus brought me new friends, growth mindset, and gave me a new exciting job and healthy community.
My former church Community
In my former church, most people were poor and work hard for themselves and the church. Some of them are well-educated too (I mean school education). They were the people who gave more of their time and money to the work of God. They believed in being rewarded by going to heaven. They appeared to be happy too.
The poor in spirit didn’t t question things or curious about how the leader ran the church. They believed him more than the Bible or Jesus.
The poor were friendly and compassionate toward their clique and did everything for their pastor. They never questioned the pastor or his new doctrine. They quoted him and rarely opened their Bible.
