My Daughter Invited Me to Her Summer Wedding As A Guest

Happiness is not what you give to others but what you give to yourself.

Reciprocal can work but is not always fair to all the people involved. What you do for others must be free will without expectations. Learn to stop putting yourself last and use your influence to inspire others.

Hi, Lidi here.

My daughter, Leddy, invited me to her wedding as a guest. I wasn’t part of the wedding planning because I was out of the league of her future in-laws and her dad and stepmother. I was a single mother who worked multiple jobs to pay my daughter Ivy’s college tuition.

Years back, I sacrificed everything and believed my daughter would be on my side after she landed a lucrative job. The thought of abandonment makes me sick right now.

I have solely raised my daughter since her dad cheated and divorced us. She was seven, and we got nothing from her dad.
