A great information on Monday morning to start our week.
The above works. A family friend struggled with bad eating habits for years. The problem were bad food and eating too much food. She spent so much money on diet and gym membership, but with no improvement.
Then she tried intermittent fasting and it worked. She lost over 200 pounds for last 3 years and maintained the healthy weight.
I cann tell the difference — in her appearance, attitude, and boundary. She reports eating at 12 noon and 6pm. She says the best part — no desire for junk food or too much TV at night.
I’m still surprise with her transformation, but food discipline works.
