There is no two ways about it, it starts in our family.

The rape culture has it root in the family---power and control by the man of the house. These small men usually rape their wife and often rape their daughters.

Recently in the US, brothers raped their 13- year-old sister and the family/community covered it up. It came to the light when the 13 -year- old met an OBGYN. Yes, her bothers raped her and she is expecting their baby.

Any change in the society starts with us.
