I Met a Good Samaritan In a Supermarket
She offered to help me out with a few dollars. Did the killer short boots seal the deal?
Is beauty one of your values?
Does the way we look or dress help or hurt us in 2022?
Why do we discriminate against ourselves? We all can choose who or what we like or do not like.
The Supermarket Story
We returned from a trip, and my partner wanted something from the store. We stopped at our local store, and he chose to wait in the car. He asked, "Do you have enough money."
"Why?"
"Because I left without a purse." Yes, I had some money in my tango green jacket pocket.
I got into the store, and instead of two things, I picked up three items. I assumed I had enough money.
Oops! I didn't have enough. I asked the cashier to remove one item. A stranger stepped forward and asked if I needed a few dollars. I said yes. They brought out a 10-dollar-bill, but the cashier said, "You are good. All the items are on sale."
