I know cabbage is a vegetable, and many of us don't like green.

No worries.

You can buy red cabbage like the one pictured above. I like the red (looks purple) cabbage, and my clan prefers the green color. The green color is sweeter than the red one.

How to make a healthy cabbage snack

  • Buy cabbage from your local supermarket or online.

Preparation takes about five minutes

  • Step 1: Wash it thoroughly.
  • Step 2: Cut, chop or slice it the way you want.
  • Step 3: You can add lemon juice or any spices.
