I think stock option may be possible if they want.

Also, I think they're making business decision any time they change their policy or share their profits.

As a business myself, sometimes I make a business decision based on what works and in line with my value.

In the US, a writer has many options to take her/his skill to many platforms if money is a goal for a writer.

I have seen many writers take their profitable skill to another platform and they are making decent money. One told me that she makes from $1100 to $1700 per month.

Thank God, I write because I enjoy writing.
