My teen daughter taught me a lesson.

At 16, she chose a college 7 hours away from home and my response was, Wow. She didn’t like I questioned her choice of her life. She was 16, however, a college student with a strong work ethic and set of long term goals. We could’ve say no because of triple expenses, but let her choose her freedom.
