Excellent story, Allison!

I have so many questions that I'm trying to answer.

And I have my view and value on these issues affecting Black women's health and indirectly affecting many of us.

Then, what next? How can I help? How can you-- readers and followers help Black girls and women in your family and community?

How can you help that black baby in front of you on the train, in the hair salon, or in the supermarket? Do we smile at other babies more than at Black babies or young children?

The businesses that killed our women with their product= high profit! And they don't care about you or your community.

If you're a business, you know the deal, and the most important thing for your business is making a profit or going out of business.

Some questions: How can I take responsibility for my health, life, and community? How can I help in any way I can with what I have? What can I do to think outside my perfection and intellect? What am I learning from my experiences--what to do and what NOT to do?

Readers--your life matters, and you are a highly valued woman. We need to learn and relearn many things to help us stay healthy and alive.

Well done, my friend.
