I’m an immigrants. My last experience was horrible. I did a contract work and work directly with a big woman. She questioned my credentials when I signed her work. Her director, a kind black women had chat with her, but she continued the meanness. She didn’t believe a black woman like her with an accent can tell her what to do!

I think we must look inward and work hard to be honest with ourselves.
