7 Ways To Do Good And Be Happy
Erik spoke with his mother and said, “I am no good. I’m a failure. I failed again.” His mother listened and reminded him, “Erik, be kind to yourself.” What does be kind to yourself mean? Children and some adults get confused about the generality of the four words, be kind to yourself. What about you?

- Talk to yourself, encourage, and inspire you. Be careful with your words. Look for one thing you want to improve or change today. Go now and work to upgrade or replace it. Second, do a mirror presentation to you — smile, ask questions and look for solutions. Self-compassion is happiness. Happiness starts with you.
- Practice your hobby. What do you enjoy doing? Your pastimes — meditation, reading, walking, organizing, writing, gardening, smiling, or others. Your job — love what you do or quit a job you hate. Be kind to yourself.
